Where and how to have your watch repaired or serviced?Updated 23 days ago

To support you throughout the life of your watch, we provide a complete service directly within our Parisian workshop or through our network of certified partners worldwide. Whether for a warranty intervention or periodic maintenance, here are the locations and steps to follow.

Our Service Centers

  • The Parisian Workshop (Headquarters): The majority of technical interventions and all overhauls of COSC-certified movements are carried out in our own workshop in Paris. This is the heart of our expertise.
  • Certified Partner Network: For our clients outside Europe, we collaborate with rigorously selected watchmaking workshops, trained to our standards and equipped with original SERICA parts.
  • Drop-off points: If you are visiting Paris, you can drop off your watch directly at our boutique (32 rue de Turenne, 75003). For all other regions, the standard secure shipping procedure applies.
  • Important: Any intervention carried out by a watchmaker not authorized by SERICA will result in the immediate cancellation of your warranty. [Contact us here] to find your nearest service center or to initiate a return.

The Procedure Steps

  1. Contact and preliminary diagnosis: Contact us via our form with a detailed description, clear photos (front, back, profile), and your serial/order number. A watchmaker will provide an estimate and shipping instructions.
  2. Shipping the watch: Once the return is validated, follow our packaging instructions (original box or maximum padding). Choose a carrier with tracking and adequate insurance (see our article on partner carriers).
  3. In-depth diagnosis and estimate: Upon arrival, we check the exterior, test the movement amplitude, and water resistance. If the intervention is out of warranty, a detailed estimate will be sent to you for written approval.
  4. Intervention and quality control: We use exclusively original components. After repair, the watch undergoes a series of rigorous tests for at least 24 hours (accuracy and pressure-tested water resistance).
  5. Return of your instrument: You will receive a shipping or pick-up notification. Each return is accompanied by a detailed intervention report.
