You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or an exchange.
1. Acceptance Conditions
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be new and never worn.
- The watch must not have any scratches, even superficial ones, on the case or the bracelet.
- The box and all provided accessories must be returned in their original condition.
2. Return Procedure
- All requests must be validated by our team.
Contact us via our [contact form] by selecting the subject "Return or exchange".
Once validated, we will provide you with a prepaid DHL return label. For insurance reasons, only returns using our official label are accepted.
3. Return Fees and Refund
Management and quality control fees are deducted from the final refund:
- Watch: €35 (Europe) / €50 (Rest of the world).
- Accessory only: €10 (Europe) / €20 (Rest of the world).
The refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 to 15 days after receipt and inspection of the product by our watchmakers.
