What are the shipping options and delivery fees?Updated 22 days ago

SERICA ships worldwide, with the exception of India, Russia, and Ukraine. To ensure maximum security, all our shipments of watches and accessories are fully insured.

1. For Watches: DHL Express

• Zones: France and International.
• Lead times: 5 to 10 business days following shipment (for in-stock products).
• Fees: DHL Express delivery is complimentary for all watch orders.

2. Pre-order Models

• Lead times: Deliveries for pre-order models generally take 3 to 5 months.
• Tracking: An indicative lead time is specified on each product page at the time of adding to cart. We will update you regularly by email on the manufacturing progress. Once your watch is ready, you will receive your DHL tracking number, just like a standard order.

3. For Bracelets and Accessories: Chronopost

• Zones: Mainly France and European Union (DHL may be used outside the EU).
• Lead times: Delivery within 1 to 3 business days after shipment.
• Fees: The cost is calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery address.

4. Shipping

For products in stock, our teams prepare and ship orders every week. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Important Note: For security and insurance reasons, it is impossible to change the delivery address once the package has been shipped. Delivery to pick-up points is not available.
