Warranty Duration
Each SERICA watch is covered by a 24-month international warranty from the date of delivery. Your watch’s unique serial number (along with the order number) is recorded in our database, guaranteeing its authenticity and traceability.
What is Covered
This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing and material defects affecting the following components:
- The mechanical movement: including potential rate deviations or adjustments attributable to SERICA or its suppliers.
- The 316L stainless steel case: hidden defects in machining or assembly.
- The sapphire crystal: manufacturing defects or mounting flaws.
- The metal bracelet: structural defects in the links or the clasp.
Terms of Service
To benefit from a warranty repair, you must provide:
- Your original purchase invoice.
- Your order number along with the watch's serial number.All repair requests will be handled by our watchmakers, who will perform a full diagnostic to confirm the watch's eligibility for warranty coverage.
Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Normal wear and tear: Aging of materials (scratches on the steel, patina on leather or rubber, fading of bezel inserts).
- Misuse: Damage resulting from violent shocks, crushing, or a crown not properly screwed down during immersion.
- Third-party intervention: Any watch that has been opened or repaired by a watchmaker not authorized by SERICA will have its warranty immediately voided.
- Loss or Theft: The warranty does not cover the total or partial loss of the watch.
