How does in-store pickup (Click & Collect) work?Updated 24 days ago

If you live in mainland France, you can choose to pick up your order free of charge at our boutique located at 32 rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris.

1. Availability and ordering

All our items can be picked up in-store, subject to stock availability.

• Verification: Check for the "Available in store" mention below the "Add to cart" button on each product page.
• Process: During checkout, select the "Pick up" delivery method. Our boutique address will be displayed automatically.

2. Picking up your order

Once your order is prepared, you will receive a confirmation email indicating it is ready for pickup.To collect your package, please bring:

• Your original ID.
• The confirmation email (printed or on your phone).

3. Pickup by a third party (Proxy)

If you cannot come in person, a third party may collect the order for you. They must present:

• Their own valid ID.
• A copy of the buyer's ID.
• The order confirmation email.

4. Click & Collect return policy

Please note that for any order picked up in-store, returns and exchanges must be processed directly at our Paris boutique. The 14-day withdrawal period applies from the day of pickup.
