Ordering your SERICA online is a simple and secure process. Here are the steps to follow to ensure a seamless experience:

  • Website Settings: Before you start shopping, make sure to select your shipping zone and language. This ensures that the correct prices are displayed, including or excluding taxes depending on your destination (DDP).
    • On desktop: via the selector located at the top right of the page.
    • On mobile: via the "burger" menu (three horizontal lines) located at the bottom left of your screen.
  • Item Selection: Browse our collections (Watches, Accessories) or use the search bar. Click "Add to Cart" for the items you wish to purchase.
  • Order Checkout: Once you have added all desired products, click on "Proceed to Checkout."

We invite you to create a SERICA account to facilitate order processing and allow you to access all information related to your purchase.

To finalize your purchase at checkout:

  1. Choose your delivery method: International Shipping or Click & Collect in-store.
  2. Complete your shipping information, providing both delivery and billing addresses.
  3. Proceed to payment.
  4. Verify that all order details are accurate.
  5. Once your order is paid and validated, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes containing a summary of your order.

A shipping notification email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
