How can I track my package and what should I do in case of a problem?Updated 24 days ago

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, we do everything possible to ensure you can track its progress with peace of mind.

1. Tracking your orderOnce your package is handed over to the carrier (DHL or Chronopost), you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

  • Via our website: Go to our [dedicated tracking page] and enter your order number and the email address associated with the purchase.
  • Via the carrier: You can also track the precise delivery stage directly on the DHL Express or Chronopost website using your tracking number.

2. Delivery modificationsFor security and insurance reasons, no address changes can be made after shipment. However, via DHL's "On Demand Delivery" tools, you can sometimes adjust the delivery window or request a hold if the carrier allows it locally.

3. What to do in case of delay or problem?If you notice an anomaly (stuck package, unusual delay, or visible damage to the box):

  • Contact the carrier first: Due to time zone differences or local specificities, your local DHL office is often best positioned to provide quick information.
