The Security Standard: Shipping via DHL
To guarantee the integrity of your instrument, all returns to our workshop are handled exclusively through our partner DHL. This process is the standard SERICA directive for all interventions, ensuring a controlled logistical flow:
- Full Service: From home pickup by DHL to secure delivery at our workshop.
- Full Insurance: Total coverage of your watch's value throughout the entire journey.
- Administrative Management: We handle the creation of the commercial invoice and the simplified processing of any customs duties (import/export) with DHL.
Responsibility and Shipping by Your Own Means
If you decide to use a third-party carrier other than DHL:
- Responsibility: The transfer of responsibility only occurs upon effective receipt of the package at our workshop. In the event of loss or damage, it is your responsibility to initiate claims with your provider.
- Security: Scrupulously follow our packaging instructions (neutral, discreet, and padded container).
- Assistance: If you have any doubts, our Customer Service remains available to guide you.
Reception at the Workshop
We will inform you by email as soon as your package is received, confirming the condition of the packaging, the integrity of the seal, and the start of the technical diagnostic by our watchmakers.
