Where to find the serial number of your SERICA watch?Updated 8 days ago
Every SERICA watch is a unique piece, identified by an individual serial number. You will find this number engraved on the caseback of your watch (the back of the case).
This number is the true identity card of your watch:
- Authenticity: It certifies that your piece is an original model from our workshops.
- Traceability: It is recorded in our databases from the moment of production.
- Personalized follow-up: It allows us to access the complete history of your watch (purchase date, services, repairs) to ensure tailored service throughout its life.
It is important to note that only our watches feature an individual and unique serial number. Accessories, such as straps (leather, rubber, or steel), buckles, end-links, and others, do not have a serial number. For these items, your order number serves as the reference for any warranty or after-sales service requests.
