What materials and finishes are used for SERICA straps and accessories?Updated 4 days ago

Just like for our watches, we strictly select the materials for our straps and accessories to combine durability, nobility, and everyday comfort on the wrist.

316L Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is at the heart of our Bonklip, Vesper Mesh, and Expedition bracelets. It is also found on our guilloché end-links. All of our bracelets, pin buckles, and clasps (signed with the SERICA logo) are distinguished by elegant finishes alternating polished and brushed surfaces, in perfect harmony with the case of your SERICA watch.

Rubber and Nylon

Two years of R&D were necessary to develop the injected rubber for our SERICA Sport straps. Made of vulcanized natural rubber, they offer extreme thinness, flexibility, and resistance. Our 'PLD' straps use the materials and design of vintage parachute straps: a densely woven, stretchable nylon guaranteeing a perfect fit and exceptional comfort. Their buckles and attachments feature polished-satin finishes, identical to those of your SERICA watch.

Exceptional Leathers

Our selection of leathers uses the noblest materials to adapt to the aesthetics of each model. The Parade collection offers alligator leathers, as well as an original strap in grained calfskin with discreet reflections, which extends the lines of reference 1174. Finally, for all our other references with a 20 mm lug width, we offer a range of lizard leather straps available in black, taupe, and grey. Please note: due to international regulations, these exotic leathers are exclusively available for sale within the European Union.

Travel Case : Offered for sale separately, the SERICA watch travel case is designed to protect your watch, combining sobriety and functionality. Made of suede calfskin, it easily slips into a pocket or bag, preventing any scratches to the case or steel bracelet. An ideal companion to store your watch with complete peace of mind.
