You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

1. Acceptance Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be brand new and unworn:

• The watch must show no scratches, even superficial ones, on the case or bracelet.

• The box and all included accessories must be returned in their original condition.

2. Return Procedure

All return requests must be validated by our team prior to shipping:

1. Contact us via our contact form by selecting "Return or Exchange" as the subject.

2. Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid UPS return label.

3. For insurance purposes, only returns using our official prepaid label will be accepted.

3. Return Fees and Refunds

Processing, shipping, and quality control fees will be deducted from your final refund:

• Watch: $30

• Accessory only: $10

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 to 15 business days following receipt and inspection of the product by our watchmakers.
